1. Non-Refundable Registration Fee
The registration fee paid at the time of enrollment is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
This fee is charged to:
- Reserve your seat in the program
- Cover administrative and onboarding costs
Applicants are advised to make informed decisions before proceeding with payment.
2. No Refund After Course Commencement
Once the course or program has started, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Change of mind or personal reasons
- Voluntary withdrawal or discontinuation
- Securing a job or starting a business during the course
- Medical or family emergencies
- Dissatisfaction with course content or delivery
We strongly recommend reviewing all course details before enrolling.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare situations, such as:
- Course cancellation by Creative Whirl
- Unavoidable operational issues
A partial refund may be considered.
Such decisions will be made solely by Creative Whirl management and will be final.
4. Fee Transfer Policy
Fees once paid (registration or course fees) are:
- Non-transferable to another individual
- Non-adjustable against any other course or batch
Unless explicitly approved in writing by Creative Whirl management.
5. Batch Change or Course Postponement
If a student is unable to join the selected batch due to valid reasons and informs us before the course begins, they may request to shift to the next batch.
This is subject to:
- Seat availability
- Management approval
No requests will be accepted after the course has started.
6. Agreement & Acceptance
By enrolling in any program and making any payment (partial or full), you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
It is the responsibility of the applicant to read and understand the policy before enrolling.
