1. Delivery of Digital Content

All products and services offered through our platform are digital in nature. No physical shipping is involved.

  • Courses & Reading Materials: Once your purchase is confirmed, access to your selected course(s) and materials is granted via your user account on our LMS or mobile app.

  • Delivery Time: In most cases, access is provided immediately upon successful payment. For pre-scheduled courses or batches, access will be granted according to the announced schedule.

  • Access Method: You can access the content through:

    • Our official website and LMS platform (login required)

    • The Creative Whirl mobile application (iOS/Android)


2. Custom Services or Projects

If your purchase includes custom content creation (e.g., personalized study plans, mentoring, or consulting), delivery timelines will be:

  • Clearly communicated upon project initiation

  • Sent via email or made available through your LMS dashboard or mobile app


3. No Physical Shipping

Creative Whirl does not ship any physical products. All services and content are delivered electronically via our online platforms.


4. Delayed Access or Delivery Issues

While most content is delivered instantly, delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • Technical issues with the LMS or mobile app

  • Payment processing errors

  • Incomplete user information

If you experience delays:

  • First, check your email (including spam folder) and your LMS/app dashboard.

  • If the content is still unavailable, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase.
